Glenn has considerable experience in trademark clearance, managing client trademark portfolios, filing applications and registering trademarks and service marks in the United States, and working with foreign counsel on registration of client trademarks internationally.
Glenn represents clients before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office’s Trademark Trial and Appeal Board in trademark opposition and cancellation proceedings and litigates trademark, patent and intellectual property disputes in federal court, as well as complex business matters.
Chicago is a pivotal market for the American craft brewing renaissance, and Glenn has gained substantial recognition representing some of the most well-known craft brewers in the country, helping them select, register and protect their valuable trademarks and providing strategic counseling on branding and trademark matters.
Glenn also advises on compliance with the Stored Communications Act, state laws affecting the disclosure of electronic data and records, and compliance with federal and state subpoenas, court orders, and search warrants seeking disclosure of electronic data and records of internet service providers.
