Ana Parada
Ana’s responsibilities include secretarial/staff supervision, IT coordination and the Firm’s Accounting. She is responsible for financial, information technology and administrative areas she directs, performs, and coordinates the accounting and financial activities of the Firm, including the management of the firm’s billing systems, the budget process, oversees payroll processes accounting and other financial analysis functions.
Ana has more than 25 years of law firm management and accounting experience with small law firms. She has experience on a wide range of topics, including financial management, key performance indicators, profitability analysis, collections management and staff management.
Ana has acted as a consultant on a pro bono basis for small firms seeking her assistance and experience on firm profitability and staff management.
